







Holiday season rush




I launched an online boutique in 2014 as an extension of my long-time hobby of hand-crafting custom apparel. The store quickly grew as I perfected my craft, and I eventually designed and manufactured 2,500 custom orders to ship to customers in 20 different countries. The store generated $50,000 in revenue before I closed in 2017 to focus on my studies at Vanderbilt. BeatUpBlues sparked my curiosity in business and brand strategy as I witnessed the direct effect that imaginative thinking and authentic customer relationships had on my bottom line. Rest assured that this won't be my last stint as a small business owner.
